An equity and diversity policy organization (NEED), used THL Consulting strategies to organize community members to collaborate on initiatives. After the session, a feedback survey was given to all participants. Participants reported an average of 4.8 points out of 5 total points. That is a 96% satisfaction rating!   

Members of Parents Engaging Parents (PEPNJ), a New Jersey parent advocacy organization, sharpened their advocacy skills during one of THL Consulting's workshops. Analysis revealed a nearly 60% improvement in skill mastery based on an engagement performance task given before and after the workshop.
