Thomas Luna created THL Consulting out of a firm belief that connection and continuous learning are the keys to solving any challenge — big or small.

Thomas Luna began his career as a math and science teacher in Newark, NJ. For years, he dedicated his time and energy to working with the young people through teaching, running after school clubs, coaching sports and mentoring. His passion made lessons come alive and his belief in his students built long-lasting connections that continue to this day. 

Additionally, Thomas was an advocate and community organizer in Newark. His ability to work with and teach others built capacity which allowed community members collaborate with elected officials to pass local and state-wide policies. These wins provided Thomas with a reputation of leadership and results. .
